The webcast technology allows real time talk back, too, so those with questions or concerns about their health, or that of a loved one, can get critically important information.”

The discussion will focus on a variety of common cancer types including lung, breast, colorectal, skin, pancreatic and liver. Panelists will discuss advances in the prevention, screening and treatments of cancer. Advances in medical, surgical and radiation therapies that can improve patient outcome while minimizing risk and are better tolerated will be discussed. Improved medical treatments include improvement in chemotherapy options, targeted therapy and immunotherapy. Advances in radiation therapy include stereotactic radiosurgery and proton therapy. The panelists will also discuss clinical trials and molecular testing.
