Baltimore — (September 19, 2014) — MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center welcomes fellowship trained urogynecologists, Peter O’Hare, MD, and Ladin Yuteri-Kaplan, MD, to the National Center for Advanced Pelvic Surgery. Drs. O’Hare and Yuteri-Kaplan, co-directors of the Center, have extensive experience treating a variety of urogynecological conditions, bringing comprehensive care to help restore the quality-of-life for countless women suffering from common pelvic conditions.
Specializing in the latest nonsurgical treatment options, as well as minimally invasive and robotic assisted surgical techniques, Drs. O’Hare and Yuteri-Kaplan are experts in diagnosing and treating a wide spectrum of urogynecologic problems including urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunctions, hysterectomy, urinary tract infections, sexual dysfunctions, pelvic organ prolapse, advanced pelvic reconstructive surgery, and more.

Dr. O’Hare attended medical school at the University of St. Eustatius School of Medicine. He went on to complete a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He is a published author and has presented his research both nationally and internationally.
After attending medical school at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, Dr. Yurteri-Kaplan completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark. She then joined MedStar Health to complete a fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery at MedStar Washington Hospital Center/MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. She has published many articles on her research and has presented nationally on pelvic floor disorders.
